That is what I was excited for. Before they showed it, I was like “cool. There’s gonna be an amazing set for the normal Draenei, and a feline for the red skinned” then I saw what they were releasing. Oh boy. Most of the set will be unused by the masses.
lol. Does their heritage armor still clip?
Yes it is. It’s near one for one on attempting to be. The fact not everything lines up doesn’t change that they are trying super had to match the concept art.
The failure is with every piece that they improvise on.
The helmet, shoulders, and boots look like they are from a completely different set.

I’m one of those folks that collects the heritage armor but never uses it.
I think Dark Irons and Mechagnomes are the only ones where I’ve incorporated pieces of the heritage into their mogs, like a belt, but that’s basically it.
Blizzard’s reliance on overly absurd shoulder pieces really detracts from what this set could be.
I quite like the set.
But i also appreciate that im not a draenei fan so what works for them isnt best decided by me.
Just give it the long coat from the artwork and I’d gladly take it.
I think it looks great.
I much prefer this style over the usual ugly crystal or army of light style.
Needs a Man’ari version though.
