i would expect to see dh’s unlocked in 11.0, maybe with early access by preordering, like with how they did with death knights being unlocked for pandas+allied races being unlocked in sl with early access by preordering
I would love to see Orc DH.
i guess I’m the old-fashioned one that prefers it stays exclusive. A big part is the lore regardless of other things they’ve retconned, but to me Illidan and War of the Ancients is very real (in terms of a game). Also the fact that DH’s have taken a lot of name calling and slurs through the years, and now everyone wants one? I love my Draenei and wouldn’t turn her into a DH. I guess maybe some lore just sticks with me. The total crud DH’s have taken just sticks in my craw - the visual of seeing a bunch of classes that shouldn’t even be close to a becoming a DH is almost funny. But to each his/her own, and one does neeed to change with the times.

Dranei would make the most sense for the next DH class. All other elves too, even undead lol. They could have been an elf in the past.

Draenei DH’s seem plausible as essentially playable Wrathguards and Doom Maidens.
I think if they expanded on Demon Hunters the clear path is looking at the Illidari and their allies which points towards Fel Orcs and Manari Eredar.
I think Nightborne is feasible given that would enable Felborne as a playable character option. Already kinda have that with Warlocks anyway.
Given they’ve allowed every race barring Dracthyr to become Death Knights and become lenient with Warlocks I see no reason to not expand on Demon Hunters.
Their only reason to not expand is to double down that you must have received Illidan training wheels to become a DH. Clearly not the case with DKs. Especially when you consider the tomfoolery with Lightforged and now Manari DKs.
Though granted I’d be hard pressed to play a DH when the perks of Deathgate is too good to ever give up.
Though I would give a Goblin DH a spin with Fel Rush/Incinerating Strike + Double Jump + Rocket Jump. Sounds like a fun time.
Less DH’s the better.
