Granted the lore is very very loose, it’s not farfetched. Sargeras was already out there doing legion things. And the great sundering, which caused the dragons to leave the isles, happened around 10k years ago was because of the legion invasion.
So there is enough lore to make it make senseish lol.
He was corrupted by the old gods. He wasn’t practicing fel magic. No one was before the war of the ancients

Is there a way they could have learned without the legion invasion. Yeah sure.
But then that’s why we should be having paladins shaman druids and monks.

The only issue is monks since pandaren had their revolution after they were put in stasis. But we could just argue that some dracs were taken out of stasis to spy on the pandas, learn to be monks, then out back in stasis
Dude you do know we have literally had dracthyr of the whole timespan of dragon flight. During that time plenty of dracthyr would have learned of fel and how to be a warlock and would be the ones teaching the new ones. This is easily solved by them suggesting to learn how to be a warlock instead of an envoker. If you made an envoker you would know you have to relearn the spells since you have “FORGOTTEN THEM”. It’s the same thing that someone else said where they should just make the new classes start at the school.
Okay three things…
1: stop necroing threads.
2: dracthyr lock are frozen in stasis which implies they existed before they were frozen and did not learn from mortals post dragonflight

It really is terrible lore to have them have been warlocks before their sealing.
There was almost no use of Fel magic before the elves did it, and that’s the entire reason the Legion found Azeroth. You can’t cavort with demons without it eventually getting back to Sargeras. Neltharion also would have never, ever used Fel magic before his corruption and likely wouldn’t have even after because the Void was his interest, never Fel.
