I’ve been having the same problem with my dracthyr. Even I have tried disabling my add-ons, resetting my user interface, logging out then logging back in, abandoning the quest then picking it up again. I put in a ticket and here is my response:

After taking a really careful look into this, I found that this may be happening as Dragodonna is a Dracthyr. Sadly, at this point we don’t have any other workaround or solution, so I’m afraid it won’t be possible to finish this scenario for now. It is also best for us to not interfere with this, as completing the scenario from our side could end up breaking your Dracthyr. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. It would be best to submit a bug report, as this can greatly help the developers’ investigation. You have a few ways to do so:

Unfortunately we dracthyr are not able to complete this scenario. I hope this answers your questions.
