The problems is, dracthyr’s skull looks not anthropomorphic at all, it’s more like snake’s or lizard’s skull. Our (human) brain perceives them as stupid creatures, since our species perceives individuals (humanoids) with a flat skull as defective, mentally retarded.

Sorry to burst your bubble here, but reptiles such as snakes and lizards are actually quite intelligent. Much more intelligent than most people give them credit for, some lizards and crocodilian intelligence rivals that of some mammals. So, your claim of Dracthyr looking “mentally retarded” due to looking like snakes or lizards, is based on pure ignorance lmao.
