I’m making a new Dracthyr priest. Now that you can have visage form all the time - as a shadow priest, do you prefer the dragonkin form or the human-like form in combat? I like how Dark Ascension looks as dragonkin but don’t like the armor limitations. Glide is gonna help Priest a lot so that works in either form. What do you think?
This sums up exactly my thoughts. I’m not sure a cool spell effect outweighs the transmog limitations for me personally, so I will be opting to use humanoid form for the majority of the time.
Although, I can definitely see people preferring the opposite because without Glyph of Shadow, your transmog is covered up by Shadow Form for the most part anyway.

Yeah I have Glyph of Shadow running now to lessen it’s effects. The shadowform effect actually looks quite good on dragonkin I admit. Guess I’ll play around and see what I like more.

I like the dragon form. The casting animation looks powerful, just wish I could move like an actual dragon.

Priest have some of the best xmogs, no way I’m ruining that by looking like a dumb dragon

I use visage form 100%. I enjoy dracthyr but the lack of mog is a huge downside. If I couldnt be in visage I wouldn’t be dracthyr. Visuals are very important to me.

I always use Dracthyr form because I despise the fact I’m just an ugly elf with psoriasis. The visage models look so bad.
