we knew a nerf was coming; cause it was going to be OP giving so many classes momentum they werent inteded to have.

As a point of reference, this decreased the movement speed of glide for non evokers from ~180% down to ~130%. This is a fixed movement speed before snares are taken into account so it will not stack with any other movement speed increases. Additionally, if you are moving faster than 130%, you will actually be slowed down.
Did people actually think they were going to get evoker movement capability on non-Evoker classes? lol

This still sounds very useful for any class that doesn’t have other speed boosts.
My mage has no movement ability, other than Blink, which has a cd. Getting +30% speed on demand is pretty huge. Still far more useful than any other race’s racials.
