Anyone else getting delay when casting arcane barrage sometimes. Seems to be related to dragon animations???

Yep. Same for pyroblast. It seems to be that casting animation specifically.
Been apparent since beta, but never addressed at all.
Also, people have mentioned it before, but all voice lines seem to be missing as well, still.

My mage went from void elf to Dracthyr. Best change ever. I love playing dragon form in pvp. It confuses players as they think I am an evoker. Catches them off guard when I blink and go invisible. LOL

Changed as well. Iām a jumping fool in PvP.
