I would appreciate the option of staying in 1 form or the other more often - I would not mind transforming into dragon form for the breath casting, but other than that I’d prefer my human form.
This is one of the most requested QoL topics, having a permanent visage form and/or the option to pick different races for your visage forms.
Both things could be easily achived since all the animations and models already exist. Just have a copy paste the moonkin / shadowform glyph for perma visage and add the remaining races as a barber shop (druid and warlock options could be used her as existing technology). Have the current BE and Human as a “special” visage and just add the other races as they are without needing new models/assets.
Could be very easy.

I swear I remember an artist or a developer admitting somewhere that Dracthyr actually could wear armour, their model was all set up for it potentially, they just didn’t give us the ability to more highlight their barbershop stuff or something. Does anyone else remember that? I’m trying to find a source. Maybe I dreamed it.
I finally got my evoker how I like him, shadowflame look I really like it.

It also just wouldn’t really make sense since they aren’t constantly updating barber options, but very little surprises me from blizzard at this point.
I have like 3 sets that I can alternate between that look pretty clean, glad they at least let us save looks.
Yes, I switch between a few different looks. But holy crap there is soo much mog that does NOT look good on us.
I would like that. No special model, just make a model of any race of the faction you’re in. That is what I originally thought when I seen the Dracthyr. But instead you get a version of a Female Human and a version of a Male Blood Elf/Void Elf.

Been pitching this idea on the forums for a long time now and been feedbacking it on the alpha / beta daily.
My guess still is that they are actually working on multiple changes, both QoL and not, for Draktyr but they get bundled into the first minor patch of TWW that will also unlock other classes for Draktyr. Stuff like all races Visage, combat visage option, ground mount hover form, Soar and Hover working together like druid flightform, etc…
Yeah, mail has always been awful designed, most of it is borrowed mogs from hunters and shamans.
I only wish for more transmog openings for.dragon form like feet, hands, chest, braces and helm.
Our skeleton model is close to worgen models I don’t understand why more mog options would be impossible.
We will be able to play in visage form when other classes open up, but that doesn’t solve the dragon form transmog issue.

Exactly, it seems it was some lazyness. I dont think they have ever explained why they did not allow transmog of drac form.

They should have never made it an elf on the male side. Elves will spend a decade begging and complaining to be an elf, theyll go into a completely non elf space and start elfing it up.
You give these elf people an inch, theyll take a mile and then want that mile to be made into a kilometer cause theyre so fancy and high falootin’.
Were up to about a dozen elf variations and thats still not enough for these people, were gonna all be elves and sippin tea before long if they get their way!

Considering blizzard are activists and not developers anymore, they did a pretty good job reskinning another character model. Probably 1 person doing it while everyone else stood around watching. Diversity at its finest. They could literally just get chosen identity working like the worgen does. Assets are created, copy paste, done.
Does Worgen’s have the issue when you leave instanced PvP you don’t switch back to the other form?
They look like lizards from elder scrolls more than dragons.
I for one glad they are not Drakes, would make M+/Raiding suck IMO with actual drakes in this content.
Just like it was for balance druid, people will continue to make them until something is added.

Drakthyr are all custom.
I just wish we could use a hooded robe look. Just add more barbershop options, could probably also transmog helms at least since they can do worgen helms.
Also swinging out weapon for azure strike would be sick.
