Where it at? New races should all have heritage armor, so why are dracthyr the exception?

I mean you can’t see most of the gear on a dracthyr in dracthyr form sooo why bother when nelves, draenei, trolls, undead, and pandas still need their heritage sets.

Well seeing we getting our own legendry I would not mind at all Herigate cosmetic armor…
However, I would love it was reflected both on the Visage and Dracthyr forms even if we have to go to CC to add some of the pieces of such a set.
I always considered the barbershop options a kind of heritage armour. It is armour designed entirely for us, and in multiple different styles and colours. If anything, we kinda got lucky. A lot of races only got one outfit with maybe a few colour variations if they were lucky.

Supposedly there’s still something called Inventory Chest Mail Dracthyr that could be their heritage sets concerning the strange colors. 
Might be tied to Trading Post.
