Dracthyr feminine features

So i decided to finally main a Dracthyr after much deliberation. I couldn’t help but notice that dracthyr male and female both look identical in appearance outside of visage form.

You wouldn’t know my dracthyr was female unless i shifted into visage form.

I was curious but there doesn’t seem to be any options to make my dracthyr look feminine like a chest option or facial features that are female.

We have Alexstraza, Merithra, Ysera. We know those dragons are female from their features and their names. But dracthyr only has their visage forms. Something tells me we won’t ever see that because of the lore.

Edit : i had to rethink my approach dracthyr are reptilian dragons and dont have male or female features. Thanks everyone for your replies

Yes, yes i am. But look at the drakonid.

You can tell by how buffed they are that some are male.

Nefarian vs onyxia (size difference)
Senegos vs tarecgosa

There are distinct features to tell them part vs a dracthyr.

All the Drakonid are masc presenting.

And the entire point with Dracthyr is they aren’t full dragon. So of course their rules are different.

So what are the “feminine” features on those dragons that makes you identify them as female?

They’re gender-projective.

[sarah mclachlan playing in bg] for a donation of $5 a month, you too can sponsor lizard mammaries for synful’s peace of mind. there is literally no other option. if lizard lady no boobie, how tell apart???

Their size.

Merithras new form indicates that she has feminine featurs. Her head and crown.

Totes the beard that a lot of dragons have. Obviously

Pretty sure Wrathion is smaller than any of them. Is he a female?

From their visage, yes. Their dragonforms has no feminine or masculine features. Just like how Dracthy works.

Wasn’t Sendrax, that lovely drakanoid we met in the Waking Shores a female and also roided out as hell like every other drakanoid we met, the only difference being she was slightly shorter, presumably due to being young for a drakenoid?

Idk unless your hobby is a herpetologist or you REALLY REALLY like reptiles you cant tell the difference between reptiles unless it’s breeding season, and even then you kinda cant. (OC theres the few that are literal rainbows for the counterpart.) Theyre test tube babies. Also all the other dragonkins you really cant tell the difference if theyre male or female base. Jus happy to be “the dragon” imo

Still bummed she died.

Yeah.

Honestly im rethinking my approach from reading reddit and these forums.

Some male and female dragons in lore are identical. And dragons are reptilian and arent like the other races of Azeroth.

So it does make since for the two genders to look identical.

And even then a lotta alligator boinking is surprisingly gay. Some male snakes even use themselves as a distraction just so other male snakes have less of a chance of reproducing with a female

That’s not me making a funny. There have been studies about this.

She had the perfect disposition to be an expansion wide companion and maybe even beyond (build up a cast of characters that aren’t faction leaders Blizzard Christ), but yeah. Then she died.

One of the few characters that died in this game I felt bad about.

If the Blizz art team needs a feminine model displaying distinct reptilian characteristics, I’d be glad to send them a picture of my ex-wife.

That should give them a place to start, at least.

I feel like we have this exact same topic come up at least once a month, and it’s still weirdly sad/funny every time.
