I was being a negative nancy and thought I wouldn’t enjoy Dracthyr now being all over due to getting more classes but I gotta say, the last few days I’ve seen some cool new concepts that made me realize how restrictive Evoker was as their singular class.
Also, it’s a dang ol’ Half-Elf Renaissance now!
So, that’s a nice thing this week. Now if only I can stop getting mount shamed at the big party in Tanaris and it’ll be a perfect weekend for gaming.

Been seeing a lot of, ‘High Elves,’ too. I think folk are happy to abandon Void Elves and their uncontrollable Entropic Embrace. Mostly just seeing Void Elves used for High Elves for women characters, since the Dracthyr option 2 uses the human rig.
Nice seeing a lot of Half-Elves, though. Wonder how long before we see some Half-Elf guilds pop up?

I originally was also cringing. But I think it’s ironic given I’m a Gnome Rper and know our history a bit.
I’m with you, I think some of the concepts are amazing and it’s definitely opened up more RP options for people now. Something I think they’ll love. Half-Elves are a very big RPable group on this server, from what I’ve seen, and I think people being able to RP their favorite race and (most) of their favorite classes is a huge win.
Gnome lore is the easiest to remember because it’s so short!

I still didn’t get an option for Paladin for my half-elf, so I’m gonna stick with my void elf warrior Alliance side for him.
It is weird that we get Priests but not Pallys. I’m not sure the logic on that one, but what do I know? I eat lost wanderers in the Deeprun Tram and have befriended the rats. I am not a stable source of information.
I’m one of those people who did that. Well technically my new Dracthyr is a Red Dragon who disguises himself as a High Elf. But it’s nice to have other class options besides Evoker.
It’s the same logic for not giving them Shamans and Druids
Those classes require extra resources (pally mounts, shaman totems, druid forms) and Blizzard didn’t want to actually put effort into the new options.
I only race-changed for gameplay reasons and imagining Priest without glide now SUCKS.
Mine’s a red dragon mage. 
They’re all so beautiful. 
I don’t blame them. Visage forms have the widest array of character customization options in this game by far. The amount of Dracthyr that I’ve seen that look incredibly unique from one another is insane. Players are creative as hell. I love it.
I just wish they would give void elves the blood elf hair customization options. There aren’t too many to choose from as it stands.
Don’t forget more facial hair options too.
