Frostwyrm appearance might be likely for this (eventual) class considering Dracthyr have the most refined model of any skeleton for any playable race I have ever seen in this game, animations and all.

Just seems suspicious. Just add some icy blue smoke effects, blue glowing eyes and there it is really.
Can they please update the Dracthyr model to the drakonid model it should’ve been from the beginning?
The Lich King may no longer exist but could introduce some group of necromancers to create them.
Unless Blizz just decides to use some Alternate Time Line shenanigans and have a Lich King still hanging around that added Dracthyr to his army but we save them and they join our time line.
I like the Dracthyr model as is, but I do agree that the Draknoid model should be an option. Not everyone wants to play as a twink dragon.
Seeing as Alpha TWW showed Earthen as DKs and right before Beta they nixed DKs for them with the whole “they’ve been shut off from the world” reasoning then should be the same from Dracs honestly,seeing as they were cut off from the world for how long?
They wouldn’t have seen DKs or the LK just as the Earthen.
Death Knight is available to all races, as are warrior, monk, mage, priest and warlock. It’d make sense from a gameplay perspective that DK would be available to Dracthyr as well, but I think the challenging part is lore. Like the Earthern, they weren’t around during the events of Warcraft 3 through Wrath when Arthas was around, and they also weren’t around when Bolvar raised new DKs during Shadowlands. Now that the helm is destroyed, I don’t know if new DK’s can even be raised.
I’m sure Blizzard could find a way to do it. Maybe the Ebon Blade finds ways to raise new Death Knights, but I don’t see that happening in TWW because the Ebon Blade isn’t really an important faction at the moment.
It’s kind of like Demon Hunters, Illidan only choose elves to be part of his brigade so only elves could be demon hunters. Blizzard probably could find a way to write in an expansion to Demon Hunters to more races, but that probably wont happen in TWW because the Illidari just aren’t an important faction at the moment.
