Blizzard has explicitly said that it’s on its way. Dracthyr that turn to other paths than just Evoker. Here are my predictions, what do you guys think?
Warrior
Pretty obvious. The Dracthyr were literally created for combat - making up an army to do Neltharion’s bidding. It would also be cool to be able to use polearms like those Dracthyr in that one cinematic.
Hunter: With their affinity for nature and appreciation for wildlife, it makes sense that some Dracthyr would turn to a Hunter’s lifestyle.
Rogue
I wouldn’t have suggested it (at least before Blizz made it clear they want Rogues to be universal) if not for the Dracthyr Rogues we actually encounter on the dragon isles that show up with the Sundered Flame from time to time. I can’t imagine that wasn’t specifically meant to be a set up.
Mage
Another pretty obvious one as a fifth of their makeup involves a connection to Azeroth’s number one protectors and scholars of arcane magic - the Blue Dragonflight (and to an extent the Bronze).
Shaman
While seemingly contradictory, Dracthyr Shaman make sense for the same reason Draenei Warlocks do (idk about LF but I digress lol). Dracthyr have a relationship to the elements in the same way Draenei do to fel - a bad one. So it would make sense that some would turn to it for any number of reasons. Maybe they want to understand the primalists, maybe they sympathize with them. I think it works.
Priest
While the Dracthyr’s relationship to the Light has not been explored whatsoever, (though I imagine through the Titans a connection can be made) the Dracthyr certainly have a connection to the other half of the Priest class - the Void. Neltharion started experimenting with it during their creation and training. As Neltharion’s favored soldiers, it would make sense that some of the Dracthyr would turn to it.
Druid
Another fairly obvious if significantly more difficult one. With the Red and Green dragonflights being two-fifths of their makeup, the Dracthyr have a deep connection to the cosmic force of Life through both the living beings of Azeroth and the Emerald Dream.
