I purchased all Cobalt mail transmog items from the Cobalt Assembly quartermaster on my hunter, but the Cobalt Winglord’s cloak for the Cobalt Dracthyr Battlegear set is missing. There doesn’t seem to be a source on wowhead aside from having an evoker-only distinction on the tooltip. I tried looking at the vendor with “all” selected from the dropdown, but no luck.
Additionally, the Emerald Winglord’s shoulders and chain in the Emerald Dracthyr Battlegear set are missing. The rest of the items were obtained from the dracthyr starting area.
Yep, been an issue since launch. There were obviously supposed to be put in on a quest or rare in the Forbidden Reach and weren’t. Kinda absurd to have sets in the tab visible that can’t be completed.
