For those testing on the PTR what are the racials looking like?
Currently on live “Awakened” provides 2.5% Mastery which automatically makes them more powerful than every other race that gets a 1% bonus to a secondary stat.
I was under the impression it was different per class, but this is really dependent on spec as to how good it ends up being.
I won’t be clamoring to switch my Outlaw Rogue to it, but my Fury Warrior with momentum stop, faster base movement, slow fall, an extra interrupt, and Mastery? I’ll have died and gone to heaven. Not only that, but I can still get sick transmogs, and soar with the bois.

This. I am 100% switching.
Mastery is calculated differently from other stats depending on the spec. Some can easily get to 100% Mastery with the same stats that would only get another spec to about 30%.
