In your mind are these two sentences remotely the same?

I can’t post links I don’t believe, so I put spaces in place of periods in the URL.
Also even before Dragonflight launched, they hinted at other classes down the line for Dracthyr. But talking about wanting all races to have access to pretty much all classes. As well as saying they put in work on separating Racials for Dracthyr from the Evoker Class.

In both interviews, they elude to it being a Timing Thing and a Story Thing.
So, they’ve essentially confirmed Dracthyr will get other classes, that are other interviews that specifically even mention Warrior, but these were what I had saved. To me, and to many others, it gives the impression that since:
- They keep saying the story focus right now for Dracthyr is the Evoker
- They keep opening up more Race/Class Combos so far 1 class every raid tier patch either at .5 or .7
- Dracthyr WILL get at least more basic classes in the future. MOST likely as a pre-purchase incentive for buying the newest XPAC. Which seems right up Blizz’s ally given their marketing trends.

Will Drac’thyr get more classes? Probably. Will they get them in Dragonflight? Probably not.

100% not you’re right. They’ll be an 11.0 or later feature, requiring you to buy it to get them. IF they come that soon.
That’s fair. It’s mostly people like myself, interpreting typical Blizz speech, and imparting our will on it, as if it’s gospel truth. They could very easily just not ever release them.
This class been out for how long and the low IQ people at blizzard still don’t understand that it should be able to fly in ready … keyword here “fantasy” game…

Doesn’t matter, unless they get full access to transmogs, I don’t want to play one. Limited race, with limited class, on top of limited options.

Sadly if and when they do open drcthy for other classes, their racials would not work as they are unique to evoker skills. And would be to insane or broken with most other classes. So either they nerf drac evoker racials or set up new racials for non evoker classes.
Glide can be disabled in rated content, outside of that it’s not that powerful.
The wing buffet and tail sweep can have a shared cd and the evoker talents around them can be redesigned to something else, evokers hardly use them anyway.

Being a dragon unable to do dragon things sounds terrible, rather it do a model change if you select other classes to the Drakanoid model.

Well dracthyr are not pure blood dragons and again, not all dracthyr are evokers.
Just think about how not all velves are spriests or not all forsaken death knights
