I didnât get anything removed, and I can still view the entire thread. So to my knowledge nothing was removed unless that person blocked you.

Meh. Iâd race change my evoker to nearly any other race before Iâd race change any other class to a Dracthyr.

I leveled one to 70. geared to 400 something and parked him back in pandaria, farming rocks. not interested.

They will most likely be 100% in visage form in combat for other classes (just like worgen 100% combat in worgen form), without access to those benefits that will remain exclusive for an Evoker.
Thats just it, they cant keep their current racials and be allowed to be other classes. two low cd aoe CCâs are not gonna cut it for ranked pvp.

I donât recall ever seeing this be a thing, they force fed dracthyr that BS of a visage being how you see yourself but that wasnât them saying âyouâre forced to be elves and humans onlyâ by any means. I mean hey if dracthyr get more classes then great but if they never get more visage options than elf or human Iâm never making another one of them again as I hate being limited two those two awful models

Gliding was made available for Visage form. They wonât take any racial away when making it available to other classes.
Their 90 second cooldown Wing Buffett and Tail Swipe, along with the Glide are the only benefits from Evoker that will carry over. Which arenât obscene racials considering what came with the Allied Races so far.
It wonât be any worse then Tauren, Ztroll, or some of the other absurdly OP PvP racials, like Void Elves.
So I see no reason as to why theyâd change them. But if anything theyâll just make it to where non-evokers have it similar to Goblins. Where using Wing Buffett also starts the cool down on Tail swipe, and vise versa.
Humans and Elves are the closest things to humans, to be fair, and when the preached see yourself, they meant projecting the player themselves into the Dragon character.
Ebyssian, Wrathion, Cindrethresh, and Azurathel all make commentary on how the Visage form that Dracthyr have is unique to them, and is a part of who they all are. Itâs also mentioned that Dracthyr ONLY take on the visage of this Dragon Elf creature. Likely due to part of how they were created.
Wrathion & Ebyssian first comment on it in the quests when you get off the Reach and are in SW/ORG first getting your visage. Cindre and Azurathel make comments throughout where you see them in the Dragon Isles. I also believe some other NPCs mention it, but I donât remember the exact names or where they were located.
I was hoping Abberus would delve more into it. But so far all we know is that Dracthyr are Thrice Evolved Tarasect (wingless Dracthyr ppl we see).
Because Dracoknids were Tarasect that were evolved by the Aspectsâ magic either willingly or forcibly. In order to make Dracoknids. Dracoknids were then the main vessel that was experimented on to make Dracthyr.
I suppose this lore basis also helps justify them making the cool scaled Elves, without having to later on down the line add scales to the other races for thier visages.
Feels good to knock of those four and Rukhmar for those still chasing them since the dark ages.
Iâm thankful for the support class being brought back, tried it yesterday for the first time, not quite what I expected being a glorified DPS, but still a step in the right direction allowing support to come back.

Adding undead skins to every race is a bigger cash cow, I donât think the majority of players care about being a dragon who swings a 2h sword.
First blizzard needs to buff the undead racial so that it is competitive with dwarf, Tauren, orc, troll

Wonât them getting more classes cause balancing headaches because their racials are so good? An AOE knock back and knock up are amazing. Plus soar and hover would be amazing for other classs.
Hover isnât a racial, its a spell for Evoker.
The racials are:
â Soar 3m CD
â Tail Swipe 90s CD
â Wing Buffett 90s CD
â Out of Combat increased HP regen for the party via Visage form
â Perception boost for professions.
â Glide
The only things usable in combat being Wing Buffett, Tail Swipe, and Glide. Which are not that OP when compared to other races. Like Void Elves, Ztrolls, Tauren, and so forth.
At most, all theyâd do is make Tail Swipe and Wing Buffett share a cool down if youâre not an Evoker.
