I’ll call people anything they want within reason. I am not going to recognize 500 genders. But at best refusing to is being discourteous, not bigoted or phobic.

Can you explain how is this assertion wrong?
On one hand, you have someone who refuses to comply with real facts.
On the other hand, you have someone who refuses to play along someone else’s roleplay.
I can see an argument about the second person being disrespectful, especially if they are aware of said roleplay and still chose not to give some leeway. But I cannot see an argument in which those 2 are EQUAL.
Could you provide one?

Guys instead of engaging in one-upman-ship or making snipes at eachother, lets all focus on that which unites and brings us together. Be happy and have fun in the pre-patch. The Evoker is an amazingly fun class that everyone can enjoy, and this pre-patch is really cool.
Please take care of yourselves and remember that behind every poster is a human being, same as you; as worthy of love, respect and acceptance as the next. It is our challenge as people to remember and live by that, rather than to cast aspersions about what divides us and is different. Regardless of who or what you are, you won the proverbial lottery by virtue of existing and living.
Also remember, here in Azeroth none of the divisive nastiness that exists in the real world exists. This is a place we can all have fun and be happy regardless of who we are.

If this is all it takes to be a trans allegory, then Death Knights are also trans allegories because they fit those same criteria, and for some reason I don’t think you want to be affiliated with that.

I mean that goes for many minorities that have to act differently than how they feel. It’s good tho that you can identify yourfself with it 
Many ppl wrote Dracthyr are too androgynous or “unmanly” but man are those dragons a bunch of badass combatants Even Turalyon recognizes that! I for one enjoy mine a lot.

I wish I could think they look badass. The IDEA of a “half” dragon humanoid race sounds badass. But the way they actually look ingame, I don’t know. Their faces are kind of goofy, like cartoony, instead of the badass dragon humanoid you’d picture when you hear the concept.
Maybe I just have too high standards. Again, wish I could partake with your opinion.

It’s kinda lame and once and done.
Thankfully, I’m one token away from the heirloom trinket. On the opposite of that : I’m stuck floating over a spawn point for 18 minutes with nothing else to do.
Because it still boils down to a preference. Cis people want to be called what they identify is their gender, and trans do to. What you are speaking about is sex, not gender.
To me that looks better than most I’ve seen around so legit congrats on that. Still think it’s more on the goofy side on the face compared to what I’d picture from just hearing the concept of a “badass humanoid draconic race” but again, still better than most.

I mean, Chromie has been in the game for a while now. But I’m glad you and other trans folks are able to actually play a race that you can identify with!

Then don’t play. Not everything is for everyone. I am sure there is something somewhere that is better for you, if WoW isn’t it, you have no obligation to stay, and sounds like you don’t want to, so why force yourself?

Well, if it makes you feel better by interpreting it that way, maybe you should try a Death Knight too, their starting story is very similar. Possibly even Demon Hunters as well, I don’t recall that as much. Or, you need to share what you’re smoking with the rest of us.

Yes, they recently published a short story expanding on Chromie’s decision to become a female Gnome as their visage. But it’s been canon for (I think) as long as the character has existed.
