Dracthyr can not transmog or use a Ebon Blade Tabard. it goes even further… I did a lot of quests in Northrend and I gained no repuation for Ebon Blade from any of the quests. You can not gain any rep to be able to buy the tabard either. I don’t know if this is by design or a bug but this is very annoying. I created a Undead themed dragon using Wrath and Shadowland mogs but unfortunately a tabard is going too far…
