Yesterday was lucky enough to fish up a Draconic Recipe in a Bottle, got Plans: Heat-Resistant Rescue Ring. Tried to mail to my blacksmith alt and discovered the plans were soulbound. I could swear I’ve mailed patterns from these to alts before, so I looked it up on Wowhead. Does not show BOP on Wowhead and does show an AH price. Please please please tell me this is a bug that will be fixed, and not an intentional change. It’s SO hard to fish up these bottles, and there’s SO many to get, making them soulbound is just cruel.
UPDATE: I received a ticket response saying that BOP is the intended design. Terrible design decision Blizz.
