Hello,
There is a specific issue with the dps meter that is really annoying.
Once you finish an encounter there is often another encounter from the same boss mob for 0-3 seconds in duration that seems to contain maybe the overkill spell or a brief period of damage.
So, this seems to lead to inaccurate (by a small amount) meters but it’s also just annoying because you can’t see the information from the encounter afterwards if you have your meters set to current segment. You have to go back to the previous encounter to see the boss fight.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
What I’m noticing is it’s just as bad as details
Maybe worse.
Half the time it didn’t even log my damage at all. Some times it’ll do it to me and another player…Lmao
I bang keys like always… ZERO damage lol
I just disabled the stupid thing
I’m just concerned about these afterimage encounters showing up on the meters. It seems to indicate that there’s something wrong about how they’re capturing their data for the meters.

I feel like it’s just the kill shot damage. There must be a delay between the two and so it registers dead but the kill shot hits the meters right after. That probably doesn’t make much sense, I am sick and my brain is barely functioning.
in any case yeah its annoying and they need to fix a lot of bugs with the stupid thing.
makes sense if it’s reading the log and mob dies and then overkill damage is on the next line?

For some reason the in-game damage meter is not showing my dps now on my spriest, which is strange.
Says 0 and not moving.
Edit: nvm I changed it to ‘current segment.’ But not sure why that should matter. Anyway went back to normal.
2nd edit: it’s still being weird and showing zero again unless I switch back and forth from ‘overall data’ to ‘current segment.’ So I dunno.
Not sure if it’s similar but I notice my DPS log keeps starting anew on any mob I fight. I did a dungeon last night where it keep starting a new combat meter for some reason.
I cannot change settings from
damage to DPS
