I’ve played all dps specs of Dks, Hunters, Mages to max lvl.
I haven’t played much of rogue, warlock, shaman and warrior.
Of those 3 classes I’ve played, I am honestly disappointed because they mostly play the same. Especially mage. Dks are acceptable, imo unholy and frost play pretty differently, hunter is so-so.
Out of rogue, warlock, shaman and warrior (arms/ fury), which class has the biggest difference between the dps specs?

Shaman out of those choices

Biggest differences between dps specs? Shaman (ranged and melee) Druid (ranged and melee) Hunter (ranged and melee) are probably the winners.
Forgot warlock
Affliction = wiggle fingers
Demo = Tell bodyguard about bully and wiggle fingers
Destro = wiggle fingers and wave arms about

Rogue sucks honestly. They made that class a PAIN IN THE BUTT to play. You have to track how long you remain in stealth after being in stealth and manage two changing action bars… just awful and clunky.
Warrior doesn’t feel good. Fury is furious, using two two handed weapons. So when you go arms you surely are going to feel like your two handed is going to hit LIKE A TRUCK. But it doesn’t. It’s just… meh.
Feral and Balance are different but feral is NEVER good. Tbh, it’s hard to even find gameplay differences amongst all classes. They all play the same. You’re either proc based or builder spender. That’s why I thought Havoc DH before hero talents felt so good. You had damage loaded into so many areas, you were strong outside of meta and inside meta and you weren’t building spending and you weren’t proc based either. It was movement based buff window gameplay of lining up cooldowns.
Nothing else really felt that unique to me.
Shaman and Warlock by far.
Hunter is extremely same-y.
