if i cant access server then why am i paying for access to server, please credit the days i am not able to access, through no fault of my own.

Let me ask you this. If you take out a car loan for a car and said car breaks a month after you buy it. Does the bank owe you your money back?
Here is the answer. No
Your subscription costs you about 50 cents a day. If youâre worried about losing 50 cents maybe paying for a live service subscription is out of your budget.

Let me tell you this. We did not pay for car loan. We paid for a service from a multi billion dollar corporation that you are trying to defend here (for free).
I am worried about product quality and customer support in this country going down the drain.

They should let us rez one of our dead HC toons as comp.
No one is defending Blizzard just educating you about the reality of persistently online SaaS products. They go down from time to time and have extended maintenance from time to time.
PSN goes down
XBL goes down
Hell Google services go down from time to time.
Do you get compensation from them?
