So, I live in a place where there is not direct land internet connection. I have to improvise and use my verizon data through my phone or home router. I have used my “unlimited speed” for the month. I am trying to get back into wow again and have to download 15gigs worth of files. Instead of waiting 60 hours to update the game, would I be able to download windows files to my mac. I do not have a portable windows computer, and I was just going to go someplace and download the file real quick. To clarify, I want to bring my Macbook to dunkin downloadnoughts and I play wow on windows.
I see no reason why you cant download them to your Mac. You just need to make sure to put them in the proper file location on Windows.

When you go to the download page choose the Windows download.
Then transfer the files to their right places on your Windows machine.
Downloads as an exe setup file, so there is nothing really on it.
Then just transfer the exe file to Windows, then run it
