My wow is bouncing between 600 kbps and 3 mbps download, but on the same computer my speed test is between 120-160 mbps.
I have checked all download settings in bnet and nothing seems to be limited.

The launcher measures in MB/s, not Mb/sec. Your internet is 120–60Mb/s or 15–20MB/s.
Depending on what else you’re running, I would expect the connection to top out at 5MB/sand under for downloads. Your ISP may also throttle gaming traffic.
Its pre-release content so it just trickles in passively. If you were to do a fresh install Wow would give you 15 to 40 MB/s. Its not great compared to others but it gets it done. Its always a good idea to start the launcher before a major patch to download it before maintenance is over.
