Basically, relinquished items. Around 100 or so Doubloons a token at the lowest item level. Can be any item, including Azerite. 370 or 385 is the highest, around 500-1000 Doubloons.
Also, you can buy varying AP clusters for Doubloons if you really want to burn your Doubloons. For every 1 AP is either 0.5 Doubloons or 1 Doubloon.
