Rouge mage is to powerful I literally have to play perfect to not get cced. The game should just be melee running at enemy healer but I can not do that when there is so much cc and holy priest can fly in air.
My suggestion: Double the duration of diminishing returns and make all cc abilities dr with each other and give them all baseline 1 min cd also.
Just hope that they get bored not winning by the third go and yoloblock air.
RM and the game in general could use tweaks but this ain’t it.

Brilliant, they should also remove pillars while they are at it and lower kicks to about 8 second CD?

Just throw on make chains of ice a 90% slow while your at it. That should complete your wishlist
I will say that SWTOR has an interesting approach to DR’s. But I don’t know how well it would work in WoW. Keep in mind SWTOR is literally a clone of WoW with minor tweaks here and there.
in SWTOR you have “Resolve” which is a meter that fills up depending on how you’ve been CC’d. IIRC it’s based on how long the CC lasts and what type of CC it is. Large knockbacks and grips also increase resolve.
Until your resolve meter is full, CC will last full duration (unless it breaks to damage or something.) - Once your resolve bar is full, you’re immune to all types of CC until the meter drains completely again.
This is basically the universal DR you’re talking about. Everything shares DR, but targets aren’t put on DR immediately. Once DR is reached it’s complete immunity for a set period of time. I don’t recall how long specifically.
Resolve drains as soon as CC ends. If you’re 9/10 of a resolve meter and get hit by a full stun it goes over the cap, like 15/10, and extends how long you’ll be immune to CC for.
it doesnt even matter to remove pillar because mage can make their own pillar just so broken theres literally nothing you can do unlss you play perfect and even then its unwinnable
