Double tap ice block cast / cancel (Classic ERA)

Extensively played mage in OG vanilla and you could 100% cast ice block in OG vanilla and instantly tap again to clear block. This was done in both PVE and PVP as a method to clear debuffs and keep casting.

This game is using the 2.0+ (TBC Style rules) now allowing this behavior.

You can circumvent the issue by more creative means but I should not need to do so with macro abuse.

Some other annoying TBC Combat rules that Era is using that have caused me problems are.

  1. TBC’s PVP out of combat timer; the Vanilla one drops combat instantly after a PVP target dies, not 7 sec later forcing me to wait when already OOM Vs a dot caster like an SP. Out of combat timer in PVP also drops combat in OG Vanilla while the target is allive after 5 sec assuming you have not attacked the PVP target with any spells or attacks. Right now we are using the TBC one and seems to last about 7 sec… Very annoying that I have to wait 7 sec after sheep to drink when I should only need to wait 5 sec.
  2. Cannot buff non-faction “Friendly” targets. (TBC era change) This was clearly done to prevent PVE griefing, but its not authentic.
