Both myself and another tank had turned in " Thunderaan the Windseeker". The first tank went through the dialog, we killed Thunderaan and only 1 “Dormant Wind Kissed Blade” dropped. I went back and tried to talk to Demetrian but he offers no dialog and no way to spawn Thunderaan. All of the Elementium bars, bindings and essence are gone from my inventory as well.

After the reset we ran it again and no issues with getting TF.
