it sounds like you only get 2 legendaries if 1 of them is your covenant legendary. so basically feral is going to be night fae for 1 minute convoke + something else.

That was my first thought was venthyr hunter.
I think Willy the survival hunter already plays a lot with that leggo on vs the FD leggo. The pressure you can get with that bleed is nutty by itself. FD leggo + that will be pretty op

That sounds terrible unless they either majorly rework the existing covenant legendaries or add a bunch of new ones for each covenant.
The existing ones aren’t remotely close to balanced.
Specs that don’t need more help like arms and feral get really strong legendaries they would use anyway for free while others get trash legendaries that barely do anything.
The venthyr one for enhance is hot garbage.

It’s going to be the best option if you have to use a covenant legendary. Unhinged might make a comeback too with this coming to light.

What if they made it so you could equip 1 legendary of choice and one covenant UTILITY legendary for each covenant and they added some choices for covenant utility legendaries that interact with the non-class covenant power (e.g., door of shadows is now instant cast, soul shape has 2 charges, etc.)?

I doubt they will try to balance a whole new set of legendaries tbh, assuming I fully understand what you meant.

Misshapen Mirror might pair well too, which would ,in the beginning, cut down on the expensive pieces that you will be buying early on the season.
Convoke druids benefit the most? What other class benefits as much?
Necro shadowpriest already uses the covenant lego, so that’s nice
