Double honor weekend?

I could be crazy here, but I remember certain particular battlegrounds giving double honor rewards over a given weekend.

For example, Warsong Gulch players received double honor over one weekend, then Arathi Basin the next, then AV, etc.

I’m almost positive this was a thing in vanilla, but it could have been a later expansion. Not entirely sure.

If it was in vanilla, will this feature be coming back?

Yes it was a feature in vanilla. AV weekend was always crazy.

I hadn’t heard wether or not it’s coming back, but I would imagine it does.
