And you might be right, hence why I said itâs speculation. To clarify, I meant speculation on my part. That is certainly a point though.
Since it is only 20%, now I am forced to spend my entire weekend+ more grinding and only get a piece or two.
Why canât you make this more acessible Blizzard? Step in the right direction, but falling short.
Nothing lazy at all about it, but then youâre perfectly fine shilling for a company ruining the playing experience
It is sad because Blizzard had the chance to get everyone excited about TBC and pre-patch and instead of excitement being high, they soured everyone with this horrible honor nerf.
They made so many player unhappy over gear that in a few weeks about a month wonât matter.
Increase honor by 5x instead of double and you may have a chance to get those you lost excited again.

Instead of having 10x more marks than honor weâll have 5x more marks than honor. Currencies still donât make any sense
Thatâs fine. The amount of honor on average lost just to the HKs is two to four times the amount we are getting with the 2.3 values. The objective honor will be pretty low but the HK honor will be pretty decent.
A big question will be if we will see the diminishing returns on honor to go alongside the fix. The idea is that the gain for clashing and fighting will be great enough to encourage it, but not do it in a way that encourages GY farming for hours and ignoring the objectives. So you would want to do objectives, farm the opponents and end the match in a reasonable amount of time.

Who am I kidding; I ainât a whale and now your automated systems are flagging me. haha good times. 1/3 of the player base got a HUGH boost with honor. while 2/3 of us suck our thumbs while you tell us to deal with it. No; this is getting personal now.

Just revert the changes or give us something we can all actually make use of. 9 days with current rates getting even half your set is impossible

Well with this in mind, my follow up thought is where were all these complaints before when it was announced prepatch would only be 2 weeks and people were upset about not having time to level their draenei and blood elves? Itâs not as if we knew back then that prepatch would for a short while be giving out 10x the honor before getting fixed, so why didnât the people planning to gear through pvp complain about the short time-frame then?
You are absolutely right. Blizzard is definitely targeting specifically you with every new change they make and ensuring you before anyone else doesnât have any fun

Im not going to do another proxy war within the community. this is Blizzards fault in the first place. I wouldnt talk if I had my chance.
I knew about it, was upset and believe I complained but people argued back how they wanted TBC ASAP heck some said âskip prepatch WANT TBC NOOOOWWW!â Yes exaggeration but impatience be ____ed.
Heck I used the BE/DR by portal opening as my main argument even though I am not leveling one!
And just like that the drama is over. This playerbase is like a bunch of lapdogs. Bark and barkâŚBlizz tosses you a little treat and they wag their tail and curl back into a ball.

What a coincidence, I also play the game! So what youâre saying is since Iâm perfectly content with my experience with prepatch then no one has a right to complain about anything, very interesting
Unfortunately itâs not enough.
If you guys were sensitive to the fact that pre-patch is much shorter than typical, you would have done 5x (3x at the absolute worst).
Tone deaf tbh.
Iâll bare the title of villain if it means we get to actually have some fun in this game. My brother who lives with me is very happy he got to take advantage of this âmistakeâ
