Dormant Discovery quest - a renown 7 expedition spawned a bugged drake for me, which despawned and did not give me the quest to get the Waygates, nor respawned after the relog. Any way to fix that ?

I am experiencing the same issue. the quest did not auto pop up for me.

Joining in. No Waypoint quest. Renown 10.

Having the same issue here. Quested with my friend and have the same renown levels as him, the dormant discovery quest never appeared in my quest log and no NPC is following me around offering it. He was however able to complete the quest, though I’m not sure when he received it.
Having reached 13th level, i didn’t receive the questline whelp either. It seems like something broke it

Same here. Hoping we get a similar fix as with the level 13 renown quest.
Got Loremaster of Dragon Isles yesterday, as some people said they received the quest randomly after completing some quests, and still didn’t get it
There must be some issue with it since they moved it from Valdrakken Accord to Expedition rep.

I looked in the in-game customer support menu, searched for “dormant”.
Got the following:
" COMMON PROBLEMS
I reached 7 renown with Dragonscale Expedition but I’m not being given the quest Dormant Discovery
Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Please try again."
Anyone have any ideas as to what “Try Again” even means? It’s an automatic hidden quest granted after finishing another quest. Iskha has no quests (finished them) and Thaelin Darkanvil has no quest or interaction for me.
There is nothing to try…
Edit: Submitted a bug report with the details and the server/character. I’m guessing they will either fix it for me without explanation, or tell me what “Try again” means.
