Doorway in the Dark

hey your quest is broken, again. another week another broken campaign quest. Where are the NPC’s to turn in the quest? theyve vanished. have dropped the quest and restarted, zoned in and out, relogged, and no one to turn in to. fix please so i can see the disappointing ending to this disappointing story.
