Same issue with our guild. Resetting did nothing. We opened a ticket, but all they said was that resetting is supposed to fix it and to just submit a bug report on the forums 
Hopefully it’s fixed before next Tuesday

Same issue with our guild. Resetting didn’t help. We just had to skip that boss this week.
If it was bugged earlier, try and resetting and going back in, it was open for us.
