About 40 ppl waiting here for him to spawn, it has been almost 30 minutes. We tried realm hopping and he isn’t spawning anywhere else either right now.

Same happened to me and many others last night.
One work around that I found was to turn WM on. Once I did, Helgrim was there as soon as I arrived.
