As the title says, Doomhowl Alliance is dead at 60.
Outside of one or two guilds theres no one doing dungeon runs, let alone runs with items reservered. Im considering taking the PVE transfer just to have people to play with.
It feels like such a waste to leave without dying.
The challenge is essentially complete though, right? I dont have the time or really desire to level or play another character and just want to do endgame content.
Curious of others thought or opinions on this.
Im aware its still early in HC but its also not, after logging into Horde their endgame seems to be incredibly active.

The more popular streamers went Horde. Alliance has been the faction of choice for a while now on HC, it’s nice to see Horde getting some love this time.

you leveled quickly, give it time. most people take nearly 200hours played on a single character (not counting time on dead characters that resets their prog) its been 3 weeks, less than 10% of the playerbase on either faction has hit 60 because work, school ETC.
in a week or two itll be better for sure and just keep getting better. this server is bigger than DP and SR combined alliance is less populated but from what ive seen its 60/40 split so still tons of ally.
Also forgot to mention, there is a lack of Tanks and healers while leveling. you’re probably experiencing a lack of groups because there just isnt enough tanks and healers to fill that are at 60. that will take time to fix. make gold while you can itll be worth it in a couple weeks.

I don’t know, I had a few mates begin on Alliance before I started on Doomhowl and they deleted to remake Horde and said it’s infinitely better population wise, so all my friends when going to hardcore hit horde.
I can’t say for myself how Alliance is only what I was told, I just played Horde cause they all my friends went, while I do prefer Alliance myself I can say Horde side seems insanely populated.

They need to lock horde on doomhowl for a while so alliance can gain population. I Doubt it would work but ive been 60 for about a week and its hard to find people to do any end game dungs for pre bis.

I can see myself maybe doing MC but as someone whose actually raided aq and nax I have no desire to raid those on HC, too many ways to just die randomly and its completely out of your control. This game was just not designed to be played as HC and I’m willing to bet theres a lot of guilds out there who will have a core group of members who treat the rest of the guildies and new recruits like fodder. You’d have to either be a streamer who gets carried or extremely lucky to make it all the way to a KT kill.
Really wish they would add BGs however; I just feel like theres not a lot to do outside of leveling up and waiting for a group. I don’t care if they have to use some bs lore reason to explain as to why you don’t actually die when playing in them, say its like part of the emerald dream or something, but let us queue up for BGs and just have some fun! I’d even be interested to see new PVP rules too; like maybe you only have 1 life in BGs and if you die you essentially lose the BG…maybe it’ll let you spectate and leave the match whenever you want after you die.

Rinse repeat.
Yeah… HC alliance past 40 is prettttttttty mid.
I was able to find a few groups to get some of my prebis but it was too much of a headache with a limited schedule so I abandoned HC for now and rerolled on the PVP server

You can’t add a BG, a game mode designed for respawning, with an overall game mode designed to make you stay dead when you die. Whoever kills 2 people first in any bg is just automatically going to win.

There are only 50 players online.

Alliance scum crying about population when this is one of the only servers that horde out numbers them. Lol
I wish they would enable world pvp so we could thin out the horde population and send them into hiding.
See I’m Horde on Doomhowl, due to a large Oce guild and mates went Horde, I do prefer Alliance though in Vanilla, just did the Arathi to Badlands run literally saw only 2 Alliance in Loch Modan, I think it’s sad.
I did make a Night Elf to level on the side but all the earlier zones were completely void of players so I went back to Horde. Personally I do wish Alliance side was just as popular as Horde I think it’s great to see opposite faction running around making the game feel more alive.

Wait until onlyfangs is over. Im certain alliance will gain numbers slowly.
Its like a tiny percent of people that can make it past 40 and an ocean of clowns dying at level 9 somehow over and over.
Just depressing spending 2 hours to find a dungeon or a crafter no matter how fun HC is in premise.
