Doom Talent Tree request

Given that the Demonology tree is getting some reworking I wonder if it would be plausible for us to get Hand of Doom by breaking up Kazaak’s Final Curse into just a single talent and putting Hand of Doom as a talent in between Kazaak’s and Doom or maybe after Kazaak’s to make it a full 3 point spend if thats what the devs want but currently with Doom as is its not great.

Alternatively if Hand of Doom is completely out of the cards could Doom either be made to be off the GCD or give us a talent(i know this feels bad to even suggest) that would take it off the GCD so we can at least apply it much easier.

I miss the days of Legion and getting an entire imp swarm from Hand of Doom but I also wonder if the problem is less about viability of the spell and more a limitation when it comes to imps.

If imps casting is the issue then why not change what imps cast and make it a spell that hits the boss instantly and not have a travel time, I know that could cause its own issues with line of site but it would diminish the load on everyone having a volley of firebolt being thrown by imps and could improve performance of several situations.
