Does this guy even spawn anymore? I’ve had a character on an RP realm parked in Hellfire Peninsula for MONTHS and have yet to see this guy spawn.

Hmm i havent seen him recently but everytime time iv gone to check there has been someone already waiting, and iirc his spawn time is pretty long, so you could just be missing him with him getting wrecked as soon as he spawns.
Similar to the Sha of Anger, barely lasts like 3 secs after spawning
In WoD and Legion he respawned quickly. For some reason they increased his respawn timer in BfA.
I haven’t been there lately, but I did kill him a few times in BfA. You often have to wait.
