Don't Touch Grass Challenge

So my sister, cousin and myself were talking about seeing if we could level cap in classic era without touching grass. We were gonna make either dwarf or gnome characters. We were discussing what counts as touching grass and came to a dead end regarding pet classes.

Do you guys think it would fail us if one of us rolled a hunter or a warlock and our pet touched the grass or would it be allowed since it’s not our actual characters touching the grass?

That would be a fun add-on to try. Where all grass kills you. Tack that onto the hardcore mod and you have yourself a hell of a day.

Your pet is a semi-wild animal with instincts.
Meaning you don’t really have much control over pet pathing.
I’d allow it.

If pet touches grass it dies and you have to find a new one
