Don't see any new characters on forums

I can’t see any characters at all that I made recently on the forums, even some that I made weeks ago. I’ve reset my password and re-logged multiple times.

I’m dealing with the same thing. My most recent character that shows up is from several weeks ago, my new dark iron is to 21 and I still don’t see her despite relogging ad nauseum.

Same here, my new worgen can’t be selected for a profile picture on forums.
Only shows two pre-patch Characters.

Greetings all,

Currently, only characters created before the pre-patch will be available on the forums. This issue is being actively worked on, however, we are unable to provide an estimate for when it may be resolved.

We believe this issue to now be resolved. Players will need to log their characters into and then out of the game client for the character’s data to be published to the various websites. We also recommend logging out of and then back into the forums to refresh your data here.

Well I was able to change to the character (I’m the OP) but there’s no picture for him showing his character

Thanks for the report Danashi. Seems that your picture has now updated. During times of heavy load, the image rendering sometimes lags behind.

Hello @Maguthul, the issue has not fixed for me. I have logged out of the client and forums and even tried a second browser with no cookies saved.
My only Characters allowed for forum pictures are my dwarf and draenei.
My worgen is nowhere to be seen. (I was affected by the earlier “character not found” issue but I can now play in-game)

The issue is not fixed for me either.

But I trust yall in CS or whoever at Blizz if you’d like to log into my account as admin and force the change. I’m trying to switch to Legend from Kel’Thuzad which isn’t showing up on my characters. It’s been several days of logging in and out since I made it but it’s just not showing up.

72 hours since I first made this post. I am still unable to switch characters but I have hope that I will be able to sometime this week or next.
