Hi, I figure that this issue doesn’t happen often, but I roleplay on Moonguard and currently I am wearing a cloth head piece for his appearance/set that I have him in and I accidentally transmogged the cloth head piece and it’s permanently stuck as a saved mog piece that I have and I can’t revert it, I presently do not have the option to revert it, it’s just stuck like that. If you need the specific item, it is the Priest tier head piece from Tomb of Sargeras normal, the blue version of the head piece. Like I said, I try to see if I can revert it back to it’s cloth form, but I can’t, I don’t see the revert icon. The old solution I was seeing was Void Storage, but it no longer exists unless there’s another alternative I have yet to see.
