It’s not even a real class that exists in WoW and has nothing to do with combat.
It’s just one of many made up things the wow community makes because they don’t pay attention to lore or the world in general.
Don’t add in Bard to WoW. And any other idea Reddit and GD has.
Redditors and GD posters are cringe with their pitches.
Edit: And yes I saw the Bard NPCs they are just instrument players for ambience and nothing else. Not a full class you take into combat!!
Edit 2 : No I don’t care if DND made a class out of of Bard. This is not DND and I don’t care how close you think they are. Just go play DND.

Bard classes in other games are combat classes. They buff or debuff, but they also have weapons to attack, and some of their music actually does damage as well (depending on the game). In one older game, there were instruments that were actually enchanted and could cast magical effects like blowing fire or frost at a group (kind of like mages Cone of Cold).
Not saying they should or shouldn’t add them, but just saying “they aren’t a combat class” is simply not true.

I don’t want any new classes, to be honest.
If I had to choose one it’d be a Blood Mage type character though. Could have a healing spec, a plaguey spec, a necromancer spec, or maybe even a tank spec.

They’ve always been the worst idea for a class. I’ve tried them in other games and they aren’t really worthwhile.
Tinker would be interesting though, depending on how they’d do it.
Bards are lame and only nerds want them.
He’s not a fighter, he’s just a guy doing some ambience music.
While I agree the traditional Bard isn’t a part of Azeroth, I’ve suggested Tinker fill the role of what Bard classes are in most games. Instead of music, they’d use gadgets to heal and buff other players.
Or we could just give the Tinkers an electric guitar. There aren’t a lot of bards in Azeroth, but there are plenty of rockers and dive bar singers.
lmao both of these are a reference to real world people, not lore characters. i doubt either of these two would hardly hold up in a fight against any of the heroes that the players control.
