I was responding to a claim that Blizzard recommended you post on the forum when you unsubbed.
I completely agree that Blizzard asks you to fill out a survey about why you quit.
Like you, I just need a source, really bad, else I cannot believe any of those claims, I’m sorry.
If I dont have sources given to me, like you, then I cannot possibly communicate humanely. This conversation would cease to have merit. It’s a new neurological disorder of which I will cite post haste from an accredited citation bureau.

My point is you can just take people at their word, or confirm it yourself instead of constantly questioning people’s integrity and asking them for proof of every little thing.
Also, yes, it’s nothing but WoW loyalist alts derailing threads, especially ones about FF14.
That was a good video, thanks for posting it. I’m having fun in that game and I hope Blizz implements some of their ideas.

BFA and WoD got more negative attention from content creators, each, than SL did by this point.
I’d say WoD was close but BFA had nowhere near this amount of negativity.
Well, if that guy mass reports because “Muh feelings”, I hope a GM will investigate and ban that dude.
On EU side this problem exists too, someone abusing the Forum functions to mass report with their Twinks. Strangely it has been quiet as of lately, I think either that guy on EU side got banned or lost interest doing it.
Asmongold outright quit the game a couple months in and made a video talking about the state of BFA that got hundreds of thousands of views very quickly, and iirc got a couple million after a month or so.
He hasn’t even quit this expansion; he still actively plays and says he has no intention of not playing WoW, although he’s prioritizing FFXIV right now for stream content. If the guy’s jumping ship for an expansion the state of the game ain’t too good.
It someone is claiming something outrageous…say “5 developers quit and said it’s because they don’t like the direction of the game”
That is beyond “taking someone’s word for it” and it should he questioned to stop the spread of misinformation
On the other hand, if it’s verifiable…that’s a pretty huge deal

I’m going by how the community received it and how many negative posts I see on the forums.
I’ve never seen this many.

I’ll never understand people getting bent out of shape over someone posting that they are leaving. Blizz tells them to leave feedback. Let Blizz deal with that lol. If you don’t like posts, mute is an option.

This community tends to be overly negative about literally anything, even if it’s good, but the amount of players on here complaining about BFA put the amount of complaints you see here about Shadowlands to shame.
