One day I hope to see you take the same amount of sympathy and understanding for a fellow player that you give the devs of this game. This player took the time from his day to actually write something to the community. If you did not care you did not have to come into the post to just say you do not care to hear this player is leaving. He actually stated reasons for leaving and instead of discussing those reasons you compared his comments to leaving with no meaningful commentary. Hope you grow as a person. I am trying myself every day and its hard. I still have bad tendencies and maybe you do as well. Hope WOW gets better so we can all have fun.

Shadowlands is a failure both objectively (number of subscribers) and subjectively (subscriber opinion).

Sometimes the party was going off but then a bunch of clowns decide they want to ruin it. If enough of the good crowd say something and turn on the clowns, maybe they change their tune?
P.S it actually asks you to leave feedback or parting comments when you unsub so…

Whats the amount of subscribers ? 
Where did you find that info ? Making stuff up to back up an argument that wow is dying and SL is a failure ?
So many people unsubbing now that Blizzard wants it to happen as quietly as possible.

What is the point of directing a person who is unsub’ing to come post on a forum they clearly state they do not look at?
Except that neither the dev’s or anyone else follows GD.
Only Blizzard has the official numbers but ALL third-party estimates point to a larger drop than normal.

Yea , every single expansion this has happened , because the game changes , yet anoter streamers takes over eventually … Half of them were not streaming wow 5-10-15yrs ago .

I’ve never seen this happen. I’ve never seen respected/high rated streamers (with thousands of views and sometimes hundreds of thousands) be this negative about the game.
I’ve seen them plead for changes but never have I see them just flat out turn their backs on WoW before.

Official numbers are not published. But all evidence (including Blizzard’s own behavior) points to this expac being a huge failure.

Again with maybe and what if … you really don’t have any concrete evidence at all , this isnt going anywhere and you keep replying with no proof . Im out , come back in few years and see if wow is still making this much money .
Why would I come back to a subscription based game with free to play mechanics built in to it?

I am a new wow player, and posts like these just low key discourage me to play. i dont let it get to me. Playing a game for 10+ years, I cant even imagine, i know it must be boring, or exhausting. But you guys have to understand that the wow you played as a child, its gone … maybe try playing a new game?

Oh, WoW is definitely making money, from tokens and from saving development resources by producing less content. And WoW may be a much better game in a few years if they get new devs.
Sometimes seeing the huge billow of smoke is enough to know that there is a fire, even if they keep the fire hidden. If sub numbers were that good, they would be announced by now.
