Toxic people suck the life out of it. Can’t enjoy trying to learn fights/mechanics. I understand people value their time and all but honestly how much do they value their time if they’re playing WoW. No wonder this game is dying. It’s a game. People take to too seriously. Keep treating your tanks and healers like garbage and belittling them. Delves are the future of endgame PvE.

Every competitive game or activity has this problem.
Some individuals experience frustration due to their reliance on dopaminergic reward responses, and they direct this frustration toward others because they lack sufficient emotional regulation skills to manage it in a healthier way.
In other words, it’s people everywhere and not just M+.

They can’t even make old werebear forms available for guardian Druids, they ruined this game by letting people who don’t even play it make decisions toward it, tanks in m+ get blamed for the DPS not knowing how to run a rotation or observe mechanics, it’s a wash at this point!!! Blizzard doesn’t care about us, punishes people for free speech, it’s less a game and more just a waste of time when you have time to waste.

I’ve played the beta and the play test last week and haven’t yet come across a toxic person.
The playerbase of that game just seems to be much more emotionally mature (or maybe the removal of the RPG chores makes people enjoy the game more and thus they are in a better mood when they play)
The release date is October 16, and it costs $25 on steam - no subscription just a one time fee.
I think you’ll really have fun there

Not sure why you are in Mythic+ trying to learn mechanics, that’s what Mythic0 is for.
Oh wait, right, you can’t learn squat in a 0 because Blizzard nerfed the ever living heck out of them and they just fall over.

It’s not possible to learn mechanics in mythic zero, everything dies too quickly.
I’d say a good spot for learning mechanics is like a seven or eight. The key is small enough that you can have fifty deaths and still time it but bosses do live more than 10 seconds.
I see nothing wrong with OP’s post or behaviour. Not sure why you felt the need to insult them.

If it’s something like a +2 or +3, those are so forgiving that I could see learning mechanics in them. You could wipe several times and still beat the timer in that difficulty.
That being said, if you’re trying to learn fights in higher keys, you should do it with friends instead of bricking keys of random strangers.
I don’t think you’re timing an 8 if you have 50 deaths. If you have enough dps to still time it with 50 deaths, you’re not going to have that many deaths because you kill stuff too fast.

How are you done with a system you haven’t engaged in? At least not on the character in which you’re posting. You don’t have a single key done.

Pick one or both, when the player base is ignored and punished for speaking their minds it’s a wash!! I unsubscribed due to lack of reciprocation on blizzards behalf, if they can’t fix simple issues the game is a waste of time and money to the player base.
No, what I’m saying is there’s no room for error with these people. You make one mistake and you’re called everything you can think of. One mistake and you’ve ruined their entire experience. At the end of the day, it’s a game. It’s how I relax. It doesn’t need to be taken so seriously.

In the real life big picture, this game absolutely is a waste of time, like watching TV.
Because wasting time this way is enjoyable for me. But I’m aware it’s just a game, there’s no reason to get bent and rage at a stranger because my aviator that can’t stay permanently dead, died due to a mistake another made. We all make mistakes, it’s called being human.

I mainly pvp. I have a paladin I pve on.
No one has 50 deaths in a baby key like an 8; it was an exaggeration to explain that 8s are easy and that 8s are entirely fine for learning the key.
Ion explained it himself that delves allow people to have enough gear to jump into 7-9s.
Why would you want to do a +2 in full champion gear and kill bosses in 5 seconds when you need to learn the mechanics?

I wouldn’t say that doing things you enjoy like hobbies is a waste of time. There’s more to life than just productivity.

I can count on one hand the number of toxic groups I’ve had so far this expansion. Overall M+ is friendly if not silent.

Yeah, but ilevel alone doesn’t really mean you can complete the content. Delves don’t really prepare you for some of the things you’ll encounter in m+.
Would you want a healer that’s got high end delve gear but has never touched m+ or raid healing your +8? I’d say there’s a decent chance that the key gets bricked.
