Done Ranking in AV? Try WSG!

If you’ve suffered >2 games of WSG PUGs since August 2019, you probably won’t believe this, but:

WSG in Anniversary Fresh is actually kinda fun. With the changes to ranking and most everybody having Rank 10+ gear, the odds of queueing into a WSG game where your team doesn’t even have Tier-0 gearscore and the enemy team gearscore is Tier-2+ … actually very low! Which means, WSG PUGs are very likely the most balanced (gear-wise) since … ever.

So if you’re done ranking via AV and you’re bored to tears of the PVE zerg, queue up for WSG. If nothing else, it’s much much much easier to get rep in WSG now (and AB too) than it will be in Anniversary TBC.

Based.
It’s really that simple.
Why are people forced to partake in turning the wheel for meta slaves.

Got my two Druids from 0/3000 Neutral to … Friendly this weekend. It really is much more fun in WSG right now (compared to the AQ patch of Era) due to the relative lack of gear disparity, and if you’re done with the AV grind, you’re playing to win (fun) rather than playing to maximize honor. It’s kinda like the twink-v-twink games of you’re because everybody is geared. The downside is the Rank 10 PVP set is noticeably outclassed by AQ40 gear (but that happens every time when AQ is the active phase).
