Don’t Buy the Brutosaur

Don’t have the money to spend on it, don’t have the time to farm for it :frowning:

Step 1: Acquire a child, preferably one you’re allowed to acquire (nephews, grandchildren, etc).
Step 2: Offer $1 per stack of mats farmed
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Brutosaur

They should have never taken it out

This is a pointless necro, considering it doesn’t seem to be appearing on the BMAH with any regularity.

I have it. I think they should put it back on the vendor.

I always thought that people buying those Longbois were overcompensating for something.

Overcompensating for not wanting to travel to a capital city to use the AH there.

Same here. My wife and I both worked our butts off to buy one, each.

I think each expansion should have a new thematic AH mount to buy.

bring back the bronto!!!

Just let us buy it again. 5 million gold is enough of a barrier already. No more Blizzard monkey paw solutions to invented problems!

Players were given well over a year of warning that the mount was going away and would appear on the BMAH. If you couldn’t come up with the 5 million gold in that time, it was likely you never would have.

The problem is that Diablo: Immortal is proving that the only barrier to the Bruto is MONEY.

And as disgusting as D:I is to the gaming community, throwing up a high-ticket item AT THIS POINT is what we, in 2022, call: BAD OPTICS.

I’m sure morons blew $800+ on it back then … it just LOOKS worse now because of D:I.

Blizz should come out with one of those 6 Month Game Pass that includes a mount with an auction house.

There’s too much gold in the economy.

i just hope that the brutosaur mount doesnt make a come back to the vender, its so nice to be the one that have one.

they should have never removed it to begin with.

I don’t feel more special just because I decided to whale out a little.

With Cantrips I never have to go to a big city. :3

Something to keep in mind about this is that the ‘warning’ was technically provided by other players. Blizzard didn’t say anything about the Brutosaur’s removal until after players commented on the FoS that was added in the 8.3 PTR. Gave the impression that they decided on a whim to remove it from the game rather than it being a planned thing, and that they wanted to keep it relatively quiet. Prior to that FoS appearing, there was never any mention that the Brutosaur would only be available (from the vendor) temporarily.

I agree. I love my brutosaur, and I think players should still have the option to buy it. It should never be made unavailable. The price should just go up by 1m each expansion.
