MOP is legit retail so i doubt many classic players are going to mop
If people are still playing Era after 6 years. I don’t see why people wouldn’t still be playing SoD.

Frankly though, I knew going into SoD, it was going to be “seasonal” and it wasn’t going to be permanent. I’ll play MoP until TBC Classic (anniversary) comes out, then I’m skidaddling my patootie over there until LK hits probably.
The questing may be similar to retail, but the talent tree and all that are not. Plus, Mist Monks are going back to their former glory, instead of how they changed it post Legion.
In what world does that make sense? Make classic plus to be more like classic vanilla? What is the point of that??

Its mop its going to be successful anyways, we are at the very end of Cata and it still has 92k raiders.
Do you know what the S stands for in SoD? It was going to be “killed off” to begin with. Also you will have SoD Era servers for the people who want that.

What a clueless out of touch take. As WoW expansions progressed, the skill gap and barrier to entry for PvP got more extreme. I’m not talking about vanilla PvP.
Not to mention the PVPers aren’t raid logging since we don’t let them in our raids with their stinky pvp gear.
Yeah and the barrier to entry for PvP in MoP is significantly higher due to classes being more complex to play. Current retail is bloated like MoP and imo WoD was the sweet spot and Legion classes felt perfect in PvP.
As a new comer to PvP you could hop on and earn some gear even if you weren’t the most skilled and maybe that kept you around longer.

Because that’s what it’s intended to be maybe? The clue’s kinda in the name. SoD was considered to have made too many changed by a huge amount of the classic community.
